If you’re a new Mum and would love to meet other Mums then our Women Work Out Mums and Babies classes are for you.

 

We understand that having a baby is a huge challenge for your body and your body changes dramatically. This fitness class will help reconstruct your core and re-build your body after pregnancy and birth. It’s a fun, social session where you can meet other mums and babies, and get fit together.
