“I started training with Lettie 2 years ago in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle and generally tone up and get better muscle definition. What I achieved with Lettie’s help was far more than this! Using various bodyweight exercises, a combination of circuit and HIIT training routines my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Each workout is tailored to you, so you can achieve exactly what you have discussed. I have learnt so much from Lettie, she is willing to share her expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. Her tips on nutrition are excellent and her dedication is clear. Her sports massage sessions are very therapeutic and I look forward to embarking on some yoga sessions on her return from India.
Working with Lettie on my fitness has been great. She has been nothing but encouraging and supportive of all aspects of my well being not just my muscles. Our sessions were always hard work but always with an element of fun, enjoyment being so important to keep me motivated. When I thought I couldn’t do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it, which always meant that without realising it, I would achieve what I believed to be impossible. No shouting, no humiliation just pure encouragement and belief.
My best result from working with Lettie? Self-belief! The faith Lettie had in me that I could achieve has given me the self-belief that I can achieve what ever I set my mind on both in and out of the gym. I have lost 10kg since starting training with Lettie. One of my favourite highlights was training with Lettie for 5km run along South Bank wearing pink wigs to raise awareness and money for the
Guy’s Cancer Centre and Mind Charity. This culminated with us both running together in
Regent’s Park last May and raising over £300 in donations! Lettie is energetic, fun, committed and inspirational... and I can’t recommend her enough!”
